Will these rails work with a pullrite superglide hitch?? can you recommend rails that are compatible with these brackets and a pullrite??

As long as your Pullrite Superglide hitch is part of the ISR series then the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Item # RP50064-58 will work. If you do not have an ISR series Pullrite has an adapter to industry standard rails that you can get.
If you want a custom rail kit that will require no drilling I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Carbide Finish Item # C16400-204.
