You'll want to verify in your 2019 3500 Chevy Silverado High Country Duramax owner's manual that you can flat tow before attempting to do so as specific models require different setup steps or do not allow flat towing at all.

Tow Bar: Since you say you have a 10k rated tow bar I assuming you have the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 10,000lbs Item # BX7420 as it's the only 10k tow bar we carry. If this is not the case you may need an adapter for the base plates I've recommended below.

Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. This kit is a one time setup that uses your vehicle's tail lights to signal instead of having to run magnetic lights to the back of your vehicle every time you need to tow.

Note: For applications that have separate lighting, this kit will cause your brake lights to function as both brake and turn lights. Wiring converter kit ( # 154-792-118158 ) can be purchased instead if you want to retain separate turn and brake signals.

Base Plates: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # BLU22QR. These base plates will connect with a Blue Ox tow bar with no adapters needed. If you do not have a Blue Ox tow bar then email back with what you do have and I can recommend the correct adapter or a different base plate that won't require an adapter.

It's a one time setup that bolts underneath the driver's seat and comes with a battery charger to keep your battery from draining while towing your vehicle.
