Most people would mount the Hopkins Electronic Smart Level # HM08201 on the outside of the RV on the side of it close to the front so that they could crank their jack up and then have the easiest access to the level to see it and get back to the jack. Since a level works regardless of where it's installed front to back you really could mount it anywhere on your camper interior as long as it's on the side wall.
