I have a 50 amp 5th wheel but am parked seasonal in a 30 amp service. Which regulator do I get?

Since you'll be hooking up to 30amp service you'll want the Hughes Autoformers Voltage Booster with Surge Protection - 30 Amp Item # HU24FR and use a Power Grip RV Power Cord Adapter w/ Handles - 125V - 50 Amp Female to 30 Amp Male Item # CAM55185 to adapt it to the 50amp hookup on your camper.
These boosters aren't meant to boost up the power to let you use 50amp service on a 30amp source. They are more for handling voltage drops when the campsite's system is being drawn on by too many people all at once.
If you wanted to add more amperage you could use the Power Grip RV Power Maximizer - 50 Amp Female to 15 Amp Male and 30 Amp Male Item # CAM55025 and run the 15amp plug to a generator.
