According to Draw-Tite, their # 75500 Class III hitch is a fit for a 1986 Chevy Suburban C20. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you can add a 4 pole trailer connector using part # C55312. I'd also recommend an etrailer ball mount kit, part # 989900, which includes a ball mount with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop, a ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or a 4 inch drop, a 1-/78 and a 2 inch trailer ball and 2 hitch pins. A handy carrying bag is also included.
