Does the Fish Wire Come Included with the Draw-Tite 76116 Hitch for 2014 Volvo XC60

I see in the video, the use of a fish wire that bolts screw onto for getting them I to the holes in the car. Does this come with the hitch mounting hardware, or do you sell it? Thanks in advance
