Published 05/19/2021 >
Question:
I was thinking of using this product with an optima yellow top that I have to run my ARB fridge as well as other 12v items…. I was going to have the ArkPak plugged into a 100 watt outlet that I have in the bed of the truck that I can turn on while driving.. Any issues with this application?

The ArkPak 715 Portable Power Station w/ 150 Watt Inverter - 120V # AP715US can be charged via 12V DC or 120V AC, so your truck bed-mounted outlet should have no problem charging your Optima battery in the ArkPak Power Station. The product listing for the ArkPak shows that it can power a 40 liter 12V Fridge/Freezer for up to 168 hours so that should work well for your ARB fridge. This power station has current output of up to 7 amps DC and 4 amps AC.
I attached a short demonstration video for you.
