Question:
All that wonderful information, but no info on the wheels. Alloy, aluminum? Rubber, plastic? Im considering this jack, but my opt for the Ark because the wheels are steel and the tires are rubber.

The wheels on the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 9-3/8" Lift - Bolt On - 1,600 lbs # F1413130334 you were looking at are plastic with a solid polymer tire.
If you are wanting a heavier duty metal wheel then I recommend the Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,650 lbs - Zinc # ORJW750D you mentioned as it has dual steel wheels.
I included a video of the # ORJW750D for you to take a look at.
