Based on my research, a Pullrite 2300 5th wheel hitch is an ISR series, which means it fits on industry-standard base rails. Based on that, I can confirm the base rails you asked about will work with your Pullrite 2300, and also fit your 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 with overload springs.
