Can I Use Just the Upper Basket of the Viking Solutions Stack Rack II?

Dear eTrailer, The Viking Solutions Stack Rack II has a 2-Level Cargo Carrier for 2inch Hitches - Item # 310-VSR201. I would be interested in using only the the upper cargo carrier so that my license plate would not be obstructed 2020 Chevy Colorado. Does this product provide this option.

The great thing about the Viking Solutions Stack Rack II # 310-VSR201 is that both baskets have a maximum weight capacity of 150 pounds (300 combined). If you just want to store cargo in the upper (smaller) basket of the carrier in order to ensure visibility of your vehicle's license plate, that option will work on your 2020 Chevrolet Colorado. However, there still might be some partial blockage of your license plate do to carrier bars on the bottom basket.
If you need a hitch to mount the Stack Rack II, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98909. The etrailer hitch receiver provides all the installation hardware required without any drilling. For a pin and clip for the hitch, I recommend the Pin and Clip for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # PC3.
