Hello, Can I use the Reese 74950 Tow bar to weld onto the front of my RV travel trailer camper then hitch the other end to my pick up truck ?

The Reese 74950 Tow Champ is not designed for the purpose of welding it to the front of a trailer to create a trailer tongue. If you are looking for parts to custom fabricate an item then I suppose you can start with something such as this, but that is not its intended purpose.
We do carry the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler, # CT-3002-Z and the Bulldog Collar-Lok style, # BD028382.
