Hello, whats the cheapest locking crossbars can I get for my 2020 subaru forester with factory raised rails that works with the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier - Steel - 58-1/4inch x 41inch - 165 lbs? do you have locks for the basket to the crossbars?

The most economic option for a locking roof rack that is compatible with the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro # RRRMCB03 is the Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails # C18118. The XTray will mount right onto the bars of the Curt Roof Rack's aero bars and the bars will give you plenty of weight capacity (150 pounds) you need to mount the XTray and extra cargo.
As far as locking the basket to the crossbars, I recommend the Malone LockUp Cable Lock # MPG356. The 8 foot length of the cable will allow you to wrap it through the XTray to the roof rack so it is nice and snug. The cable is also anti-drill, anti-saw, and anti-pick.
