The Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box, part # TH629806, is designed to fit factory crossbars. So, it should fit your 2021 Kia Telluride's factory crossbars.
To make sure, you can measure your crossbars. The Motion XT can fit on crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide and 1-11/16" tall. It requires a crossbar spread between 23-5/8" and 36-7/8".
