Are all trailer tires that have the speed rating of M the same speed rating of 81 mph?? Or does it have a different rating from company to company

The speed rating M on trailer tires like the Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TTWSF48012C you were looking at will always mean 81MPH as the speed ratings are standardized.
