Question:
Installed it in my 2018 Edge Titanium, pretty easy, plugged it in - no lights, signals, nothing, while browsing your website I thought I saw that the battery has to be disconnected on the car, is this true?

Expert Reply:
Your vehicle will drain the battery as you tow it, so a Roadmaster # RM-766 automatic battery disconnect is recommended - unless, or course, you just like popping the hood and manually disconnecting/reconnecting the battery all the time.
