Would the eTrailer Motorcycle Carrier Work with My Ebike Moped with a 4-Inch Tire?

Hi I would be interested to know if this would fit an Ebike having 4 inch tyre for an Moped Style Ebikes. Also is there any way to add front wheel chock on it or just removing couple of slats and ping the bike in the slat would do the same trick . The bike would be about 110 lbs.

The etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch - 76" Long - Steel - 500 lbs # e98873 will fit your Ebike with four-inch tires. The pins on the bottom of the carrier will allow you to manipulate the carrier to the size of your tire.
As far as the front wheel chock, if you wish to add one on as an accessory, it will require some drilling. If you are wanting to simply remove some pins from the carrier to have your wheel fit between the pins, that is a possible option as long as the bike is securely fastened.
For the straps, I recommend the Motorcycle Tie Downs - Cam Buckle Straps with Shock Absorbers and Loop Straps - Qty 4 # SS6-SL14. The cam buckle straps come with shock absorbers to ensure constant tension and compensate for the movement of your bike's suspension.
