The Eye Bolt Tie-Down Kit includes stainless steel T-bolts to let you slide the 4 tie-downs along the T-slots in your load bars of the Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 800 lbs 59796. I went ahead and attached a photo of the installed kit below.

If you need tie down straps along with the mounting points, I recommend the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 10' - 300 lbs - Qty 4 # EM01411.
