I have a solution for you, however, there are not any custom-fit cameras to fit the 3rd brake light on your 2018 Ram 2500. I recommend looking into the VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera - Wireless - Universal Mount - 152-Degree View # HM34FR. This is a very affordable wireless camera that can be mounted in the bed of your truck, specifically on the front bed rail behind your rear window so that you can easily see your goose neck hitch. This camera displays the footage on your phone via the Hopkins Towing Solutions mobile app.
