It sounds as if the seal on your wheel bearings has failed. The grease is escaping out of the hub, and the friction involved because of the insufficient grease is causing the bearings to heat up. At a minimum, you will have to replace that seal and probably the bearings. The inner and outer bearing will have an industry standard part number. The sticking brake might be caused by the excessive heat that has built up, or there might be damaged or worn brake components. Give all the moving parts in that brake assembly a thorough inspection and replace as needed.
