Adapter for Yakima Raptor Bike Rack to fit Aero Shaped Crossbars

Question:
So I recently upgraded my car to a newer Audi a4 all road. the bike attachments that came with the Yakima do not accommodate for the wider crossbars. I have attachments that fit a circular rod style crossbar, and a much smaller not as wide crossbar. what would be the parts that I need to be able to use this on my new car? ANY and all help with regards to this is greatly appreciated.

For your Raptor bike rack you'd need the Universal MightyMounts part # Y8880054 to allow the bike rack to fit the wider aero bars you have now.
