Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76225 will fit your 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroads. This hitch does require a bit more for installation as drilling of the plastic rivets and removal and trimming of the rear bumper cover are required. You may also need a special tool to reinstall the new plastic rivets. But you do end up with a concealed hitch tube and do not sacrifice any ground clearance.

If you want a simple bolt in installation you can opt for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98845. This will not require you to remove or trim the rear bumper cover and will fit on your Journey Crossroads. It will hang a bit lower and you do have the exposed cross tube with this hitch.

While installing the hitch it is a good idea to go ahead and install a wiring harness as well. This will be required for any trailer towing for lights and I like to recommend it when using with bike racks as well so that you can use auxiliary lights on the rear of the bike rack if your taillights are blocked by the bikes.

If your Journey has LED taillights the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118536 will be the kit that you need.
