What hub do I need for this spindle? And also the nut that holds everything together, thanks, Is for a 5 lug trailer wheel.

The Roadmaster spindle part # RM-2000-32 that you referenced was designed to be used with a Roadmaster hub like the part # RM-2000-17 and not a standard trailer hub/wheel.
