Question:

I am looking for an adapter to mount a T-Slot mount of the XA445 to a flat style cross bar Jeep Grand Cherokee factory cross bar without T-Slot. Do you have a T-Slot adapter for the XA445 I can use to mount to a flat style cross bar?

I have a solution for you but unfortunately there is not an adapter that will allow the Inno Locker Watersport Carrier - Locking - Channel Mount - 1 Boat or 2 Boards # INXA445 to clamp onto crossbars since it utilizes the T-slot, so you will need to go with a different watersport carrier.

If your crossbars are no wider than 3" and no taller than 1-1/4" then the Thule Top Deck Rooftop Kayak Carrier System with Tie Downs # TH881 will clamp-on without an issue. Another option that may work for you is the Yakima Crossbar Pads for Aero Crossbars - 30" Long - Qty 2 # Y07413 which measures 30" long, 3" tall, and 3" wide. For the crossbar pads you will need to use straps to secure the kayak or canoe such as Thule Express Surf Strap - Stretchable Tie-Down - Qty 2 # TH531.
