I have a possible solution for you.

First, though, we don't carry bike carriers that can accommodate smaller scooters like your Hiboy S2 Pro. However, since the scooter is foldable, a cargo carrier could handle these.

I recommend the Lets Go Aero GearCage FP4 Slide-Out Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches, part # H01380. It has a 300-lb capacity, and the inside dimensions are 48" wide x 32" deep. That should be plenty of room to transport your scooters.

Of course, a cargo carrier like this might not seem like the "most protective" option for high-end scooters like yours, so I recommend getting the GearBag 4 Cargo Bag, part # HCR628, to keep them safe.

Finally, the GearCage has a great feature that many other cargo carriers do not: a compatible bike rack. That bike rack is the Rack-IT 2 Bike Rack, part # H01199. It attaches to the GearCage and allows you to carry 2 bikes by their wheels.
