The Diversi-Tech Self-Locking Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount, part # DTALBM6625-3S, includes three sizes of hitch ball (1-7/8, 2 and 2-5/16 inch sizes) and a machined-billet ball mount and shank.

The steel hitch balls attach to the adjustable ball mount by threading onto a vertical steel post. Once threaded on completely, the hitch ball clicks into position and cannot be unscrewed unless first released by the spring-loaded pull ring.

The included security system lets you lock the shank to your hitch receiver, and lock the adjustable ball mount to the shank. (The hitch ball can be protected from theft simply by reversing the ball mount on the shank which prevents the ball from being unscrewed).

Please note that the different size balls each have their own capacity rating: 2-5/16 is 12000 lbs; 2 inch is 10000 lbs; and 1-7/8 is 2000 lbs. Tongue weight capacity is 1500 lbs. The reversible shank allows for a maximum rise of 7 inches and a maximum drop of 6 inches (from the top of the receiver) enabling this item to easily adapt to different trailer heights. Its exceptionally solid build quality make it compatible with weight distribution systems.
