Can I have spare tire with trailer hitch installed ?

You will be able to retain the spare tire on your 2008 Land Rover Range Rover Sport with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13456 as long as you have a compact spare tire.

If you have a full sized spare you will not be able to reinstall it after installing the # 13456 but can purchase a compact spare from your local Land Rover dealer which will fit.

The Curt # 13456 is has a tongue weight rating of 600lbs and a tongue weight rating of 6000lbs making it a perfect option for carrying a bike rack, carrying a cargo carrier, or for a ball mount to do some towing.

If you are planning on towing with your vehicle you will need to add a vehicle wiring harness # 119250KIT, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
