Does the Draw-Tite hitch include nylon washers like the eco-hitch version to isolate and prevent galvanization corrosion due to dissimilar metal contact between the steel and aluminum components?

The Draw Tite hitch part # DT58MR that you referenced does not have nylon washers that would go between the hitch and the vehicle to prevent galvanic corrosion. EcoHitch actually only recommends using the isolators if you are in the "rust belt" or in an environment that tends to cause vehicles to rust out.
