The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2, along with the SRB Legs, part # RRSX032, is a great choice for your 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS with flush rails.
And, yes, the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier, part # TH834, will fit with these crossbars as long as they are used with the T-slot adapter. That adapter is part # THXADAPT11. This will allow you to attach the Hull-A-Vator in the T-slot (C-channel) of the Vortex Aero crossbars.
