Availability Of Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2021 Mazda 3 Sedan

Question:

I am trying to get a hitch for my Mazda in order to carry bikes. I asked U- Haul but they say that the DrawTite 24982 you recommend only goes up to the 2020 model. Does it just take them a while to update their data? Who can install this hitch? Also, do you have installation instructions online? The links I find on your website are 404 not founds. Thanks!

Since your 2021 Mazda 3 is still the 4th generation which is the same as the 2019-2020 Mazda 3, we were able to confirm that the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24982 you mentioned would fit just fine even though Draw-Tite has not had a chance to get a 2021 Mazda 3 in to test the fit quite yet. It often takes them a bit to get the information updated.

If you are mechanically inclined and feel comfortable doing this type of installation you can install the # 24982 at home. If not a local, reputable automotive repair shop will be able to complete the installation without an issue.
