Yes, you will need to route a 12 volt power wire to the battery of your 2007 Toyota Yaris when installing a trailer wiring harness; there is no way around this as that is the only way for power to get to the converter, which is needed for the harness to work. So you will need to do that, though the correct wiring harness is going to depend on if your 2007 Toyota Yaris is a hatchback or sedan.
