I HAVE LOST THE SPECIAL ALLEN KEY TOOL THAT ATTACHES THE RHINO RACK KAYAK RACK TO THE CROSS BARS is it possible to get a replacement allen key?

Yes! You can get the replacement Rhino Rack Security Key which comes in two sizes: Short # SECKEY-S or Long # SECKEY-L. Both will work on the bolts on your Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof Kayak Carrier # RR570, it just depends how much length and leverage you want for your security key.
