I have a 2011 ram 3500 longhorn longbox. I have a 5th wheel hitch hijacker sl 16?. I was wondering if you guys have a kit with everything else I need? Do I need rails and brackets or just rails?

You'll need the Demco SL Series frame brackets and bed rails which are provided with the # DM8553004-12 bracket/rail kit. The SL series is a sliding hitch, so because you have a long bed truck, you'll want to leave the hitch slid forward in its towing position at all times.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the bed of the truck so you won't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
