Can you tell me if these lights or any other this shape have a gasket between the base and the lens? If no gasket is there how does the lens seal to the base and how does any water drain out if no gasket is used? Thank you.

The part # CB11WAB does not have a gasket but the Pacer kit part # PP20-206 which is similar does have gaskets.
