Recommended Roof Top Air Conditioning Unit for Ram Van

I am looking at installing an air conditioner in an old RAM van. What do you suggest I get?

I recommend using the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Start Capacitor - 13,500 Btu - Black # ACM135BC since it comes with a start capacitor that will help start the unit on limited power, which is something you will likely experience with a van conversion when not connected to a generator or shore power. This is a ductless unit that comes with an air distribution box included, so you can control the unit straight from that. You will likely need to build a frame around the opening you create for the unit to be mounted since it does require at least 2-1/2" of roof thickness to be mounted, but this isn't an uncommon problem users run into.
