When upgrading your rear exterior light bulbs on your 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 it is a great idea to go with LED which are typically brighter and more efficient. The bulbs for your vehicle are as follows:
Brake light bulbs: 3156/3157 LED Bulbs - 360 Degree - Wedge Base - 600 Lumens - White - Qty 2 # ARC73FR.
Reverse light bulbs: 3157 LED Light Bulb - Wedge Base - 360 Degree - 220 Lumens - Cool White - Qty 2 # DI54ZR.
Rear turn signal bulbs: 3156/3157 LED Bulbs - 360 Degree - Wedge Base White - Qty 2 # # ARC73FR.
I included demonstration videos if you'd like to check them out.
