Will The Ladder Mounting Kit # SEGLK2B Work With My Jeep's Surco Crossbars UB53?

I have a Surco J500 roof rack with UB53 crossbars on a 2004 jeep tj. I need to carry a ladder for a couple of months for work and was wondering if the Ladder Mounting Kit for Rhino-Rack Aero/Sportz Crossbars - 2-Bar System Item # SEGLK2B would fit on my crossbars, or if I can change to a Rhino Rack crossbar and install it on my surco brackets and then buy the ladder mount. I hope that isnt to confusing... would fit on it.
