Looking for a trailer hitch for my 2015 Mercedes Benz 3500 extended van with extended step bumper.

We do have a trailer hitch receiver which is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 with the factory step bumper, which is from Draw-Tite:
- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75601
This is a no-drill installation on your Sprinter, and is designed specifically to install on the Sprinter with the factory step bumper. The only thing to note in regards to fit is that it will not fit models with a 30-3/8" frame, measured outside to outside of frame, so it would be a good idea to verify your frame width just to be safe.
The only other thing you may need, if you plan on doing some towing, is a wiring harness, and the correct fit for your '15 Sprinter 3500 - so long as it is the passenger van and not the cab & chassis - is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118649.
