The Pigtail Wiring Harness with Diode for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controllers part # 7865 is required for a 2019 Toyota Highlander no matter which trailer connector or brake controller you're using as the diode is on the stop light switch connection which splices into the vehicle's brake pedal. This connection is independent of the harness or controller. The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 and Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 22119 are both fine options to complete the setup.
