Can I use a BandW RVB3500 Companion hitch on my 2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Dually with an 8ft bed? I muddled through your website and it seems to say I can’t, but I figured I would ask the experts! Looking to pull a Keystone Laredo with it using the BandW companion RVB3500 Is that doable? Thanks

You can indeed use the B&W Companion in your 2008 F350 DRW.
You'd first need to install the B&W # BWGNRK1108-5W Turnover Ball Gooseneck hitch which would provide the attachment point of the # BWRVK3500-5W Companion 5th wheel hitch. The # RVB3500 you referred to is just the replacement base, and not the entire hitch.
If you wanted to install a 7-way trailer connector/harness in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # 41157.
