I recommend using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50082-58, which will work with your Reese Signature Series hitch. This base rail set will give you a custom installation kit for your 2000 Ford F-250 so you'll have minimal, if any, drilling required for installation.
I've linked an installation and review video of this kit for you to check out.
