Trying to find the proper weight distribution hitch not really understanding web site I have a 2019 ford ranger will be pulling a 2017 z-1 lite i think m18ss any its like 3800 dry 44 or 45 loaded i think it said tongue was 414 or something like that what hitch to i need i read that the 10000 would give me a rough ride pease let me know thanks

The key to picking out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup. Since you mentioned around 414 lbs a system like the part # RP66083 would work really well as it has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs and has the best sway control at fighting sway before it starts.
Then for a 2 inch hitch ball you'd want the part # A-90.
