Question:

I bought a hitch # 41945 for my E 350 and notice the receiver part is cast and the question is if it wont brake?

It sure won't. The cast receivers used by the Draw-Tite UltraFrame Hitches like the # 41945 are extremely tough and have been fully tested to ensure they meet the 10K GTW/1500 lb tongue weight capacities. As long as the weight capacities aren't exceeded, you'll need not worry about breaking/damaging the hitch.
