looking for suggestions for black plastic fenders that will work with Kenda 215/60-8 tires for my small trailer ... thanks. The tires clear the frame by approx 1/2.

Your best bet is to use Fulton Plastic Fender, Style A, Black, 8" to 12" Tires # F008550 with mounting bracket Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender # CE26065PGA. This setup is designed for trailer tire sizes 8" to 12". Your tires appear to be about 8-1/2" wide but this fender is only 7" wide. This will not be an issue as it is meant to be mounted above the tire and not
