Thanks for all of the details on your towing setup as they are very helpful. Since you have a pivoting pin box that means you can use a fixed fifth wheel hitch and have the turning clearance needed to make tight turns. Normally this require a sliding hitch so that you have cab to trailer nose clearance.
So for a fixed hitch the Reese M5 part # RP30928 is a really great option that you'd just need the custom rail kit part # RP56017-53 installed in your truck bed and you'd be set. I have a friend who went from a Companion hitch (what many refer to as the Gold Standard of hitches) and he much prefers the M5 as it's easier to operate and quieter.
