Feeding Bolts Through Frame on a 2001 Chevy Silverado Using Fish Wire to Install a 5th Wheel Hitch

What tool did to use that attached to the end of the bolt to fed it from the inside of the frame?

In the video, which I have linked for reference, our installers are using what is called a fish wire or bolt leader. The bolts used in that part of the video are the 1/2 inch bolts so you would use # 80101-1.
