Installation of the AirLift Springs on a 2006 Ford Focus Sedan

Question:
I have a Ford Focus sedan. Do I need any special tools for this installation? Doe the spring need to be compressed?

You will not need any special tools to complete the install of the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60723. The installation is pretty straightforward and will only require the drilling of a 5/16 inch hole for installing the inflation/deflation valve. To see exactly what is required to install this product check out the installation instructions that I attached.
You will not need to compress your springs to install the air spring, basically you will only need to jack up the rear of your vehicle so that there is no load on the rear suspension and then insert the air spring in through the bottom of the A-arm.
