Hi, We have a 10-year-old Rocket box. It needs some parts. We need 2 replacement locks with keys. Also, the mounting brackets are rust and need replacing I had to cut off the bolds. I have a 2009 Ford escape with crossbars so please recommend what supports are need here. Thank you for your time.

The correct mounting hardware/u-bolts for your Yakima Rocketbox is the part # 8870098.
If your lock core is still locked your options are to drill it out to allow removal or to obtain the correct matching key for that specific SKS lock core so you can unlock it and then use the Control Key to remove the lock core. Yakima replacement keys are available as part Y8772-_ _ _ _ where the last 4 characters are the lock/key number, such as key part # Y8772-A137 which fits lock A137. Then for a matching lock core part # Y8771-A137.
