Will the BetterWeigh Mobile Tongue Weight and Payload Scale Work On a Vehicle with Auto Level
Question:
I have a 2021 Infiniti QX80 and I do not believe that I am able to shut off the auto leveling feature on my vehicle. I have read all of the Informational Section and QandA section and I think that this is a must to truly leverage all of the features of this product. Can you provide some more insight into whether or not this product will work with my vehicle? Additionally, I have to say that the first informational video that is posted for this product is truly excellent. The E trailer representative does an amazing job explaining everything in detail. Thank you very much for that.

The BetterWeigh Mobile Tongue Weight and Payload Scale for OBD II part # C51701 will work on a vehicle with auto-level air suspension like a 2021 Infiniti QX80. That said, the auto-level suspension feature will need to be turned off during the calibration process. I wouldn't have exact steps on how to do this for any one particular vehicle but putting the vehicle into service mode or pulling the fuse are some common examples on how to temporarily disable the system. I have also read where others where able to locate the manifold and physically remove the lines so there would be no way for air to travel to them.
If further information is needed on this, your best option would be the dealer.
