Question:
I want to hook up a Generac 22 kw generator to 2 or more 100 LB propane tanks. The tanks will be about 50foot from the generator. According to the book I will need to supply 355,000 BTU/h and 12inch WC . Can you tell me what fittings and regulators I would need.

Expert Reply:
12 inch water column is standard for LP low pressure propane so for a regulator the # 108220 would work great as it is an LP regulator capable of 400,000 btu/hr.
Now the longest supply hose we have is 12 feet like with the part # 37207-31365 which would not cover 50 feet and we aren't able to determine what fitting your generator may need so you might confirm that and we can go from there.
