Question:
I have a 2001 Lance Model 1140 Camper. The truck that I just bought is a 2001 Ford F350. The plug in the bed of the truck is a 7-way blade plug which was used for a 5th wheel by the previous owner. The plug on the camper is a 7-way round pin. Will this adapter work?? Also, can you get covers for the same camper? Thanks.

Based on the information you have provided, I see no reason why the Hopkins 7 Way Blade to 7 Way Round Adapter # 47595 would not work.
Another option would be to remove the 7-way round pin connector from your camper and replacing it with the Hopkins Endurance 7-Way Trailer Connect # HM48500. The mounting bracket, hardware, and grease packet are included and I have provided a link to the installation instructions for this product as well.
Regarding your question about a cover for your camper, I did some research on your specific camper and I recommend the Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro Cover # CA80037. It is for 10-12 foot long campers with a triple-ply construction that keeps out rain and snow. It is custom fit for truck-bed campers and comes with a 3-year warranty.
I have provided a link to the installation instructions for this item.
